    New Procedures
    Short Scar Breast Reduction
If the appropriate patient, a short scar breast reduction can be performed with incisions around the areola and a small vertical incision with no horizontal incision. The shape of the breasts with this type of reduction tends to be rounder than the traditional inferior pedicle reduction.

    Short Scar Facelift/Necklift
For women in the forties and fifties, they may be a candidate for a short scar facelift which has a shorter incisional scar than the traditional technique. In the right candidate, these procedures can be performed in the office with only local anesthesia or minor oral sedation.

    Liposculpture
Small areas of liposuction can be performed with minimal sedation in the office. The advantages of the procedure are a quicker recovery with no general anesthesia, a shorter recovery time, and less cost.

    Minor Nasal Reshaping
Small bumps on the nose or minor nasal tip surgery can be performed in the office under local anesthesia or minimal oral sedation. The advantages will be a quicker recovery and less cost.

    Silicone breast augmentation
Silicone implants have been approved since December 2007. In the appropriate patient, silicone implants will cause less rippling and fullness than saline implants.

    Fraxel
Fraxel treatment is a laser which addresses fine wrinkles around the eyes, pigmented brown spots, acne and traumatic scars.
